We opened our medspa, Twin Lakes Spa, in response to requests from our patients, who were seeking a quiet, private and relaxing place to receive exceptional skincare treatments.
Operated under the direction of Dr. Mark Fetter, Twin Lakes Spa is located within the Advanced Plastic Surgery Center in Prescott, Arizona.

When you visit us, you’ll find a full range of skincare treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facials, and waxing. All services are provided by our highly trained and professionally licensed aestheticians.
The Advanced Plastic Surgery Center offers many other procedures to make your face look younger, healthier and more vibrant. These include Juvederm® and Voluma® derma filler injections, Botox® and laser skin resurfacing.
