We opened our medspa, Twin Lakes Spa, in response to requests from our patients, who were seeking a quiet, private and relaxing place to receive exceptional skincare treatments.
Operated under the direction of Dr. Mark Fetter, Twin Lakes Spa is located within the Advanced Plastic Surgery Center in Prescott, Arizona.

When you visit us, you’ll find a full range of skincare treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facials, and waxing. All services are provided by our highly trained and professionally licensed aestheticians.
The Advanced Plastic Surgery Center offers many other procedures to make your face look younger, healthier and more vibrant. These include Juvederm® and Voluma® derma filler injections, Botox® and laser skin resurfacing.

Connie strives to educate, inspire and create the skin of your dreams. She provides a broad range of services and high-level treatments that can transform your skin.
When Connie is not in the treatment room, she enjoys golf, learning to fly and competing in Pageants.
Currently, Connie is an award winning and the recognized titleholder of Ms Senior USA.
Meet Elisa, our Medical Aesthetician.
Allow me to introduce Elisa, a specialized medical aesthetician with extensive lash training. Elisa graduated from The Hair Nail & Skin Institute in 2016 and started her career in skincare. Throughout her time there, she developed a strong interest in furthering her education and decided to become lash-certified. Under the guidance and mentorship of experienced lash artists @thelashprofessional and @lashxla, Elisa honed her skills and became a more experienced lash artist.
She has a deep passion for learning about new lash techniques and products and considers herself fortunate to work at Advanced Plastic Surgery Center, where she has the opportunity to serve the best clients and collaborate with amazing coworkers.
